June 2024My kids and I stayed at Init’s listing and we had a wonderful time. The unit was spacious, and exactly as described and pictured inside. We did have an issue with the bugs, but I was told that will be taken care of at a later date. Init was very responsive to any and all of my questions and concerns. If something wasn’t right he had someone come out immediately to fix the situation. I would book here every single time I visit San Diego. The only thing I will say is that the commute to downtown and neighboring beaches and attractions was at least 30-35 minutes away, not 20. Other than that 5 ⭐️’s all around.
