1. Booking and Payment:
- A valid payment method is required to secure the booking.
 
- Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
 
- Any additional fees (cleaning, security deposit) will be disclosed at the time of booking.
 
2. Cancellation Policy:
- Super Strict
 
- Super strict 30 days
- Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights
 
- If they cancel after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all night
 
 
3. Check-In and Check-Out:
- Check-in time: 04.00 P.M
 
- Check-out time: 11.00 A.M
 
- Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request but is not guaranteed.
 
4. Guest Responsibilities:
- Guests must respect the property and its contents
 
- No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.
 
- Pets are allowed 
 
5. House Rules:
- No smoking inside the property.
 
- Quiet hours: 10.00 P.M To 7.00 A.M
 
- Guests are responsible for their own belongings and should ensure the property is secure during their stay.
 
6. Damages and Security Deposit:
- Guests may be required to pay a security deposit, which will be refunded after check-out pending inspection.
 
- Guests are liable for any damages incurred during their stay.
 
7. Liability:
- The host is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or theft that may occur on the property.
 
- Guests are advised to have their own travel insurance.
 
8. Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of San Diego County.
 
9. Amendments:
- The host reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to guests.
 
10. Acceptance:
- By booking the property, guests acknowledge that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
