Welcome to our spacious and beautifully appointed home at 660 Sunnyside Ave in Spring Valley! With four bedrooms and five beds, our residence comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, making it the perfect choice for large families or group getaways. Enjoy the convenience of two bathrooms, a separate office space, and ample parking. Our home features a beautifully remodeled interior, and the expansive side yard, front yard, and backyard offer plenty of outdoor space. Experience comfort, style, and convenience in this ideal Airbnb retreat.

The neighbourhood

Quiet neighborhood, no one disturbs anyone. Please maintain the California quiet hours and respect everyone's privacy by not having loud noise from 10 pm to 7 am.

House rules

- Respect each other's privacy and personal belongings.

2. **Noise and Quiet Hours:**
- Be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours from 09:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

- Guests are not allowed without prior notice.

4. **Safety and Security:**
- Lock doors and windows when leaving the house or going to bed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.

5. Conserve energy and water whenever possible.

7. **Additional Guidelines:**
- No trespassing allowed on neighboring properties
- Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

Our guests will have full access to the entire property, ensuring a comfortable and private stay. This includes:

>Living Room: Relax and unwind in the cozy living room, equipped with a flat-screen TV, and comfortable seating.

>Kitchen: Feel free to use our fully-equipped kitchen, which includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and all the necessary cookware and utensils to prepare your meals.

>Dining Area: Enjoy your meals in the spacious dining area that seats up to six.

>Bedrooms: Sleep soundly in our comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with fresh linens and ample storage space.

>Bathrooms: Access all bathrooms, stocked with essential toiletries and soft white towels

>Laundry Facilities: Use the washer and dryer located opposite to Room 3 for all your laundry needs.

>Outdoor Space: Spend time in private open space, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
We recently installed fire pit ,if you want to use it ,please get propane filled from nearby station as,its not included.

This was the perfect place for 7 of us! The kitchen is located right next to the living room which made it so nice. The yard is big! Our kids loved playing in it. Great location and felt safe. Great place!

My kids and I stayed at Init’s listing and we had a wonderful time. The unit was spacious, and exactly as described and pictured inside. We did have an issue with the bugs, but I was told that will be taken care of at a later date. Init was very responsive to any and all of my questions and concerns. If something wasn’t right he had someone come out immediately to fix the situation. I would book here every single time I visit San Diego. The only thing I will say is that the commute to downtown and neighboring beaches and attractions was at least 30-35 minutes away, not 20. Other than that 5 ⭐️’s all around.
