August 2024I will say this, whenever I had a question or reached out to Init, he was always available to respond. With that being said, one piece of advice I have is that he should double check to make sure his cleaning team actually clean the property. There were crumbs on the rugs, in the rooms, and throughout the home. For the detergent and fabric softener, there was nothing in the bottles and I had to use mine, but he did provide more if I wanted. There was a leak in the bathroom sink so I was unable to use that sink because the water just kept dripping. I did have an issue with the hot temperature in the home, and he was able to order me some fans and that was very much appreciated. The location was slightly sketchy, but for the most part all went well. Overall, there are some things to improve but it was a good experience and I appreciate how helpful Init was.

May 2024I have stayed in many airbnbs close by ,but found XLNC houses excellent,everything was perfect,neat and clean,ineet is friendly and responsive,i would say this was my best stay ever in san diego ,will be coming again and again to this place. New white bedsheets,towels and good fragerance everywhere.

June 2024I had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at this xlnc Airbnb in San Diego. everything was brand new as if renovated recently,looks better than images. From the stylish decor to the seamless check-in process, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel right at home in this beautiful city. I can't wait to come back.The host was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, the accommodations were pristine and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I highly recommend Xlnc house to anyone visiting San Diego.
