October 2024We stayed at Init's place for a couple of weeks while our house was going through some repairs. It was perfect for what we needed. We were able to bring our pets with us. This is the back unit of a duplex-type home. We had a private patio area and side alley area that was turfed which was perfect for our dog. The washer and dryer is just outside of the front door. Init was very responsive throughout the whole process. The rooms and bathrooms were great. The kitchen has all new appliances which were great. We wish the kitchen was more well stocked with things for cooking like baking pans/sheets, bigger bowls, larger pans, knives, cutting boards, etc. Like others mentioned, the bed in the master is a little small but otherwise it's a great spot! We would stay again and recommend to friends who are visiting.

September 2024The place was easy to find and had no issues with parking. The place is a unit within a duplex type aparmtent complex. It was just unexpected. The AC was not on when we arrived so it was 89 degrees inside and had to use an individual AC stystem and fans instead of the house system. It took about 3 hours for the place to get down to 73 degrees. Additionally we encountered issues with the assigned washer and dryer but used a neighbors. They were very responsive and were able to fix our problems. This place was super neat, clean, and organized. Everything looked brand new. Had no issues with checking out. I would stay there again if the AC is turned on before we get there.

The only thing was the internet wasn’t working properly and neither was the washer or one of the toilets but I’m sure everything could be fixed easily. Everything else was great. The neighborhood was quiet and nothing to worry about for safety either.

The unit was very nice my family enjoyed our stay and we were only but a 20 minute drive from most of the things we chose to do during out stay whether that be going out to eat, checking out balboa park etc. I definitely recommend the the stay here.

July 2024Inits place is as described. Init is very communicative and responsive when anything is needed or issues arise. My family of 5 stayed in this beautiful home and enjoyed our time away from home. I will agree that with a prior reviewer that the beds are quite small and barely fit two people (I’m 5’5” & husband is 5’8”) we were pretty tightly packed in the bed but it was fine. I did like that fans were provided that we could use in each room to cool down the rooms along with the wall unit and that made a huge difference for us especially after being in the sun for most of the days during our stay. Thank you guys for hosting us and hope to be back again at some point.

July 2024It was a nice Lil spot. Clean as well. Since it's connected to another unit, the neighbors were so loud banging on walls and talking so loud at 11pm-3am. They are permanent tenants and not airbnb guest so they should know to be less quiet. Rooms were very hot as they don't have air conditioning, beds are very firm and hard to sleep on. Gate latch was broken so it was hard to leave my dogs roam freely outside without me having to keep checking on them constantly.
