The neighbourhood

Just as its name suggests, the city of Lemon Grove, was originally an agricultural center renowned for its lemons. Today, Lemon Grove is a charming residential community conveniently located less than nine miles from downtown San Diego just east of Encanto and south of La Mesa. The city motto — “Best Climate on Earth” — is backed up by more than 300 days of sunshine each year. Many of the citrus groves have been replaced with tidy homes on large, shady lots

House rules

- Overnight guests are not allowed without prior notice.

- Lock doors and windows when leaving the house or going to bed.

5. Conserve energy and water whenever possible.

6. **Communication and Conflict Resolution:**
- Discuss concerns or conflicts calmly and respectfully.

7. **Additional Guidelines:**
- Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
- Pets are allowed with adherence to pet guidelines.

Our guests will have full access to the entire property, ensuring a comfortable and private stay. This includes:

>Living Room: Relax and unwind in the cozy living room, equipped with a flat-screen TV, and comfortable seating.

>Kitchen: Feel free to use our fully-equipped kitchen, which includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and all the necessary cookware and utensils to prepare your meals.

>Dining Area: Enjoy your meals in the spacious dining area that seats up to six.

>Bedrooms: Sleep soundly in our comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with fresh linens and ample storage space.

>Bathrooms: Access all bathrooms, stocked with essential toiletries and soft white towels

>Laundry Facilities: Use the washer and dryer located opposite to Room 3 for all your laundry needs.

Good location and clean property! We had some trouble with opening the front door but the host was very responsive and was able to resolve the problem quickly. It is also a very pet friendly house, so our dogs loved it also! Would definitely reccomend!

Great place to stay with family especially having a patio to relax with kids and private. Makes you feel at home. But if you’re booking to spend the night only, not so great since we were in a rush the next day for an event and we had to take out garbage and put a load to wash before leaving which is a first for us in a airbnb, and we also had to buy extra essentials since it wasn’t enough for the number of host that we booked. Other than that place was nice and neat and quiet.
