April 2025La estancia está bien , amplia , con estacionamiento y un patio agradable . Dentro de la casa hay buen espacio y cocina equipada , la sala fue cómoda y ningún problema con el internet o la conexión , cerca del alojamiento hay varias tiendas y también es fácil de encontrar tiendas de comida. Tuvimos un inconveniente con una colcha con manchas de suciedad , y el refrigerador también había manchas. Fuera de eso es un alojamiento bueno , vecindario tranquilo .

March 2025We booked this place for my sisters’ birthday party and we are happy we did! Our host was very responsive and made sure we had a smooth stay. The price for the spot is reasonable. Huge front yard that was great place to hang out!

December 2024This is a great stay for visiting local family & friends, a business stay, or an extended stay. We are locals who had a house flood so had to stay for 3 weeks. The neighborhood isn’t for everyone, but we never felt unsafe. We have two little kids that enjoyed the “yellow couch house” yard. Nice open floor plan, comfy beds, laundry on site is great, and walking distance to a taco shop. Responses from host, when an issue raised, were addressed and remedied in a timely manner. The shower seemed to be set/stuck at a lower hot water setting than the rest of the house so showers were warm but never really hot.

November 2024La casa es igual a la de las fotos , sala amplia y cómoda , tiene un espacio para estacionamiento acceso sencillo para entrar las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, tiene en la sala minisplit. En la cocina faltaban algunos utensilios. Muy cerca de la casa hay una tienda ross, target, dd disconuts entre otras por la zona. Un inconveniente que notamos es que en la cocina había cucarachas pequeñas.

October 2024This was our first time EVER using an AirBnB. As a father of 3 girls, I wanted something that really felt like a home. We booked the AirBnB during our move from one place to another during the interim time we were waiting for our new home to be ready. I can’t say enough about our experience and the great hospitality that Init provided to my family and I. We felt very safe and cozy in the home and my younger daughters ages 4 & 3 LOVED LOVED LOVED the fenced yard with turf. Init truly made our transition easy and very comfortable and we are beyond pleased with our stay. Thank you Init for all the generous hospitality and great communication. We have been blown away by the entire experience from booking to staying. 5 STARS from start to finish.

October 2024The inside was very nice, matched the photos and very clean. Parking was a little tight but manageable. The front area was very nice especially for kids to play. But the neighborhood was very ghetto & sketchy kinda turned us off. Some of the outlets had shortages. But overall it was pretty on the inside and we enjoyed our stayed. Host was very responsive. Thank you.

September 2024This place was PERFECT for me and my 2 dogs for a few days. Init was very responsive, and the place was exactly as described. Had everything I needed and more! Beds were nice, place was clean, it was a decent location. Kind of a rough neighborhood outside the place but not relevant for me. I am relocating to SD and exploring different areas to live in. Starbucks, Chik-Fil-A all 2 minutes away, FWYs 3 minutes, and most of all, my dogs LOVED having that space to just relax in. We have been on the road for the last 4 weeks and been in mostly hotels and this was just such a nice change of pace for us. Thank you Init I cannot wait to return!
