Our stay was pretty good. The neighborhood felt safe and was not too far from downtown San Diego. The home was very clean and everything felt fresh and new. We had issues with the dryer not working but Ravneet responded very quickly and sent someone to look at it that day. It was not immediately fixed but there was an alternative laundry machine that we were able to use.

Although, we were moved to the back unit of the property due to some last minute issues upon arrival, The home we were replaced with in the back, was overall a nice and decent space. It was clean enough and it even had all the same amenities mentioned plus an extra bathroom. The neighborhood was quiet and the host was very friendly and quick with responding to any concerns or issues I had (which weren’t many). Overall me and my family enjoyed our stay/visit to San Diego and would likely book again.

Overall, we enjoyed this property. The host was friendly and responsive. My callouts would be minor in normal circumstances. But I booked this due to being evacuated from the LA fires and had little time to grab creature comforts. This property was bare bones when it came to supplies. For example, the kitchen was sparsely stocked so far as cooking pans and utensils. We were there for four days (2 days initially then we extended for 2 more days). We would have cleaned more but were warned repeatedly not to use the cleaning products. The paper towels / toilet paper were low quality. Barely enough towels for my family of four. Instructions were not to dirty the towels or incur an extra $200+ fee. They were thin, white and cheap. At least provide decent towels to justify such an exorbitant fee. There’s an outdoor space but no way to use it; no chairs, not table. These are easy fixes to help it meet basic expectations.
