This home is situated on a well-traveled main road, giving you quick and easy access to everything Escondido has to offer. Whether you're here for business or pleasure, the location makes getting around a breeze.
the inside of the home is quiet and private—offering a calm retreat after a day of exploring. We’ve added blackout curtains and sound-reducing features to ensure a comfortable stay.

A company is building a home behind this home, the work noise is almost completely not noticeable from inside the home. Though they will never bother your sleep as they have to operate with the city standard operation hours which is 7am-5pm, so your sleep will not be bothered but please keep this in mind before booking the home as super light sleepers may be woken up. Though so far, this has not been a concern with guests. A new development occurred where we unfortunately are not able to give access to the side yard of the home as the city mandated us to let the company building the home behind us, to use it for adding utilities to the home they are building behind ours. ([This will not affect your stay or the inside of the home whatsoever,)] the only impact it will have is that the side yard is blocked off at the front yard and backyard as shown in the pictures in the listing. The side yard can't be used but the backyard and front yard can still be used, if you have any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out! We also have photos that show the yards as they are blocked off. We are hoping this gets resolved quickly, they are presently waiting on approval by city then they can restore the side yard. The house is located just ending freeway so you may hear some traffic noise.

December 2024We booked the place to host Christmas dinner for our Marine daughter and her Marine friends who couldn’t make it home for the holidays. We asked for an early check of 10am to prepare dinner and the hosts accommodated with a caveat then worked to get us in by noon. The kitchen had all the basics and we brought along the extras such as roasting pan, serving bowls, etc. Everyone had a good time and appreciated a family meal and game night. Automated messages from host were a bit annoying, his way of dealing with bad prior guests from the sound of it.
