We use noise monitoring devices (they do not record audio, only measure volume levels).
If a party is detected:
Authorities will be contacted immediately
All guests will be required to leave the property
A $500 fine will be charged
No refunds will be issued
Guests will be held responsible for any damages

The number of guests must not exceed the number stated in the reservation.
If you expect additional guests, you must notify us in advance with the reason for the change.
Unauthorized extra guests may result in a penalty, possible cancellation without refund, and being reported to Airbnb
