Strict No-Party & Guest Policy – Please Read Carefully

To ensure a safe and respectful environment for all guests and neighbors, we have the following strict policies in place:

? No Parties or Events
Parties and events are strictly prohibited on the property.

We use noise monitoring devices (they do not record audio, only measure volume levels).

If a party is detected:

Authorities will be contacted immediately

All guests will be required to leave the property

A $500 fine will be charged

No refunds will be issued

Guests will be held responsible for any damages

The number of guests must not exceed the number stated in the reservation.

If you expect additional guests, you must notify us in advance with the reason for the change.

Unauthorized extra guests may result in a penalty, possible cancellation without refund, and being reported to Airbnb

Guest access

Our guests will have full access to the entire property, ensuring a comfortable and private stay. This includes:

>Entire House: You will have the whole space to yourself, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the kitchen.

>Living Room: Relax and unwind in the cozy living room, equipped with a flat-screen TV, and comfortable seating.

>Kitchen: Feel free to use our fully-equipped kitchen, which includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and all the necessary cookware and utensils to prepare your meals.

>Dining Area: Enjoy your meals in the spacious dining area that seats up to six.

>Bedrooms: Sleep soundly in our comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with fresh linens and ample storage space.

Interaction with guests

1. **Respect for Property and Others:**
- Keep common areas clean and tidy. Wash dishes promptly and dispose of trash in designated bins.
- Respect each other's privacy and personal belongings.

2. **Noise and Quiet Hours:**
- Be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM on weekdays and 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM on weekends.
- Inform me in advance if hosting gatherings or events.

3. **Guests and Visitors:**
- Guests are welcome but should be respectful of house rules and other residents.
- Overnight guests are not allowed without prior notice.

4. **Safety and Security:**
- Lock doors and windows when leaving the house or going to bed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.

5. Conserve energy and water whenever possible.

6. **Communication and Conflict Resolution:**
- Discuss concerns or conflicts calmly and respectfully.
- Use chat or a designated communication method for house-related matters.

7. **Additional Guidelines:**
- Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
- Pets are Not allowed.

This was a very clean, private, quiet property. I enjoyed it very much. There were quite a few of us. Although the internet was to be fixed at some point, we could not bring up apps like Netflix, but could access TUBI and PLUTO. I was perfectly happy with that.SDstay stayed in contact. The beds were better than home!! Showers were awesome!! Will stay again when in the area. Thank you SDstay
