The home is located in Spring Valley, a well-connected and convenient area just east of San Diego. This neighborhood offers a comfortable residential feel with easy access to grocery stores, local restaurants, cafés, and everyday essentials along Campo Road.
With nearby access to Highway 94 and major roads, guests can easily reach Downtown San Diego, Balboa Park, the San Diego Zoo, and popular beaches. The area is quiet, safe, and family-friendly, making it ideal for short stays, extended visits, and guests looking for a relaxed stay while remaining close to San Diego’s top attractions.
We kindly ask guests to be considerate of noise levels, especially during quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
